    • You can book by phone, email, or through our online form. We’ll confirm availability, provide a quote, and guide you through the next steps.

  • Is there a minimum booking time?

    • Yes — all bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. Luton van hire has a 3-hour minimum.

  • Do your prices include VAT?

    • Our prices are inclusive unless stated otherwise. If you need a VAT invoice, just let us know.

  • Can I help with the loading and unloading?

    • Absolutely. You can choose to assist the driver yourself or opt for a second mover to help with heavier items.

  • What if my job is outside the 15-mile radius?

    • We’re happy to travel further — additional mileage charges will apply. Just let us know your location and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

  • What happens if I need to change my booking?

    • We understand plans can shift. Please contact us as soon as possible. Amendments may incur an administrative fee depending on the notice period and nature of the change.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    • If you choose to cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your schedule before confirming.

  • Do you offer weekend bookings?

    • Yes, we do. Weekend rates may differ slightly, especially for larger vans. Contact us for a weekend quote.
